‘Kommun’ is an exploratory investigation into paradigms that exist around food production. It aims to enable people to regain independence around how their food is produced, acting as a tool kit to promote domestic food production. ‘Kommun’ helps people make Kombucha using a unique heat regulation system and flavour infusion feature. This makes for a more individual, self-reliant and economical product that changes the way we engage with our fermented food production.
