‘Pace’ focuses on the rehabilitation of injuries to the interior cruciate ligament and shows how a connected product can improve a patient’s quality of life by helping them to recover their health in a fast and efficient manner.
Initially I investigated how physiotherapy methods have evolved over the last 10 years. My research uncovered that the methods remained the same and the treatment had not changed, however, technology had evolved and has the power to improve the patient experience.
‘Pace’ is a smart rehabilitation band. Through constant monitoring, Pace provides increased insights for therapists and users to enable data driven decisions. This results in an easier, more informed and reassured rehabilitation experience.
