The aesthetic direction of this project has visually been inspired by natural
growth. Exhilarating colours and textures produced by moss, mould and
bacteria influenced the weave, embroidery and dyeing techniques.
Considering my affinity towards sustainability, it acts as a major driving
force behind my work. All materials used in this collection are plant based,
and all colours have been dyed naturally. The weaving, colour and dyeing
techniques communicate a sense of contemporary, yet timelessness.
