While stress is something everyone experiences, for some more than others, it has become pervasive in all walks of society. My project is about positively taking control of our stresses by the use of sensory wearable objects that help find ways of coping and calming in often public stressful situations. Using the sensory aspects of movement, texture and weight I have created a collection of bespoke wearable artefacts.
