Entanglement

This body of work explores the synapses in the brain that have been afflicted by a cognitive disorder such as Alzheimer's disease. As this condition progresses the synapses begin to deteriorate and information starts to repeat itself, becoming warped and distorted. The relationship between the body and brain is complicated under these circumstances. My work is an exploration of this repetition of information and how it becomes entangled within itself and eventually becomes obsolete.
