With his project Boiled, Glass student Stuart Walsh, exhibits colourful blown glass forms that resemble old-style boiled sweets alongside a mixture of prescription drugs. His work creates a conversation about how easily accessible these drugs have become in today’s society, and how some of these drugs are consumed like sweets.
