I’m questioning my relationship with Social Media. I’ve spent 12 hours on Instagram this week. I joined Facebook 10 years ago. There are over 2000 images of me online. It is warping my perception of communication and relationships between people. It costs me my time and energy. It puts my mental health at risk. I’m aware of these mistakes yet I continue to make them. But at least I'm questioning it.
