Ellen O’Connor is a visual artist that is currently working with photography and screen printing. She makes large scale works and installations about isolation and loneliness using the repeated motif of a lighthouse. O’Connor draws her inspiration from the personal diaries and artefacts of her grandfather, a lighthouse keeper, which can be seen throughout the series of works.
