Erin Redmond
An Enduring Hiraeth for Eden

My practice has elements of sculpture, installation art and architecture, and inhabits a space between art and ecology.
I am concerned with the relationship between humans and the natural environment, and how we can limit our negative impact on it.
My recent work deals with ideas around social gathering, sustainability, natural/ recycled materials and architectural interventions that act as vehicles for further interaction between those in the space, such as talks, screenings, discussions and shared food.
